Abstract (English):
The monograph devoted to the problem of acute pancreatitis consistently highlights the issues of anatomy and physiology of the pancreas, etiology, pathogenesis and classification of acute inflammation of the pancreas. Particular attention is paid to determining the severity of the course and prognosis of the disease. The clinical picture and modern approaches to treatment, including the features of suppression of secretory activity of the pancreas, taking into account the severity of the disease, are presented. The section on the tactics of protein-water-energy supply of patients with acute pancreatitis as the basis of metabolic support of patients is presented in detail. The components of complete parenteral nutrition and the duration of its implementation in acute pancreatitis were determined. Attention is drawn to the timing of minimally invasive interventions for uninfected and infected post-necrotic fluid formations, as well as the timing of drainage of purulent lesions of the pancreas and retroperitoneal tissue.
