Abstract (English):
The monograph examines the role of citizens in the economic sphere and their impact on the development of the economy and legal regulation. The concept of a citizen as a subject of economic activity is analyzed, his rights and obligations are considered, as well as their relationship with economic processes. The influence of legal regulation on the economic activity of citizens is studied in detail. The various forms in which citizens carry out economic activities are analyzed. The issues of social responsibility of citizens in the economy, their contribution to sustainable development and well-being of society are also considered, various approaches to legal regulation of economic activity of citizens are analyzed and measures to improve its effectiveness are proposed.
